When her youngest suffered severe trauma, the scarcity of nearby support services left the Wine family feeling helpless and overwhelmed. Armed only with the power of love and a fierce determination to understand, Grace immersed herself in the study of trauma, behavior, and neuroscience. Her journey to help her daughter rediscover hope, life, and learning became a powerful transformation- one that ignoted a relentless passion to change the way we support students in schools.

What began as a personal mission soon became a family calling. Her husband Joseph, now a licensed professional counselor (LPC), joins the work, bringing clinical insight and compassion to the conversation. Her daughter Katelyn, now thriving, contributes to professional development workshops- offering a voice of lived experience that resonates deeply with educators. Together, they form a team committed to equipping educators and administrators with the knowledge, tools, and heart to help every student succeed. Each member of this dynamic team is wholeheartedly devoted to guiding others through life's challenges, nurturing personal growth, and fostering wellness within their personal sphere of influence.
